Meaning: Please save me, oh Lord Kaamaarey (another name for Lord Shiva). You are mother Gauri's consort; You are the One who drank the kaala koota poison (which resulted from the churning of the ocean); You are the destroyer of the three cities. Oh Lord I have taken refuge at Your Feet.

I salute that Lord of Ranga,
Who sleeps in the yogic pose,
On the bed of Adisesha,
Below the tall dome,
Which resembles a lotus bud ,
And is surrounded by seven ramparts,
And which is in between two Kaveri rivers,
With his right hand near his crown,
And his lotus like merciful left hand,
Pointing towards his feet which takes care of us all.

Meaning:
1: (O Mother Saraswati), Who is fair as a Jasmine flower and Moon and White as Snow and Who is Dressed in White Garments,
2: Whose Hands are Adorned by the Veena and Staff symbolising Boon-Giving and Who is Seated on a White Lotus,
3: Who is always Adored by Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva, and the other deities,
4: Kindly Protect me, and Remove my Ignorance.

3.1: We Bow to Her Who is the Source of Welfare, Who is Great, Fulfilled and Abides as the Universe,
3.2: Salutations to Her Who is the Destroyer as well as the Prosperity which Supports the Earth and Who is the Consort of Shiva (in the Divine Play of Creation, Sustenance and Destruction).

Meaning: Lord Krishna is great. Just as every rain drop that falls from the sky flows into the Ocean, in the same way every prayer offered to any deity flows to Lord Krishna. I bow to such great Lord Krishna.

Prayer of twelve names of Sun God. It is believed that He would bless the singer of this stotra with all that is good if it is sung on Sundays.
Ekachakro radho yasya divya Kanaka bhooshitha,
Sa may Bhavathu supreetha Pancha hasatho divakaro.., 1
Let me become dear to the five handed day breaker,
Who travels in a one wheeled divine golden Chariot.
Adhithya pradhamam nama, dwitheeyanthu Diwakara,
Thrutheeyam Bhaskara proktham chathurthanthu Prabhakara.., 2
First” son of Adhithi “, second the” day breaker”,
Third” he who makes things shine”, fourth the “maker of light”.
Panchamam thu sahasramsu, sashtamchaiva Trilochana,
Sapthamam Haridaswancha Ashtamanthu Vibhavasu.., 3
Fifth “He who has thousand rays” sixth “He who has here eyes”,
Seventh “He who has green horses”, Eighth “ He who lights things”
Navamam Dina kruth proktham, dasamam Dwadasathmaka,
Ekadasam Threemurthy Dwadasam Surya eva cha.., 4
Ninth “The maker of a new day”, tenth, “He who has twelve souls”,
Eleventh “Three gods” and twelfth The “Sun god”.
Dwadasadhithya Namaani pratha kale Paden nara,
Dukha pranasanan chaiva Sarva Dukhancha nasyathi.., 5
To the man who reads these twelve names of the Sun in the morning,
Sorrows would be stopped from coming and all his sorrows would be destroyed.

Meaning: Krishna is the Supreme Lord, Son of Devaki (Sister of Kansa) and Vasudeva. He is the slayer of Kansa and Chanur. I bow to such great lord and may god bless me with his grace always.

Meaning: Lord Hari is also called as Rama and he is beyond all cause. This whole world is a part of his Maya. Lord Ram is the only one, with whose essence everything shines as real (though in reality it is false) where snake is misapprehended as a rope and whose feet are a boat to those who aspire to cross the ocean of Samsara, the relative existence. I surrender myself to such great Lord.

Like the lid of a vessel, O Sun, your gold covers the entrance to the truth. Please open the door to lead me to the truth. (Isavasya Upanishad). Generally, Prayer said before performing Surya Namaskar.

Meaning: The accurate meaning of the mantra is: "I fold my hands before the light that brings prosperity, auspiciousness, good health, abundance of wealth and destruction of the enemy's intellect". Here, Darkness symbolizes enemy's intellect and with the arrival of light, darkness disappears. Likewise, light (God's Grace) destroys darkness (enemy's intellect).

Meaning: Lord Vishnu is the personification of peace, who rests on the Shesha Naag. The Narayana, from whose navel the Lotus springs and whose complexion is swarthy like the clouds. The God, who is the beloved of Goddess Lakshmi, whose body shines with divine splendor and whose eyes are like Lotus. I bow to the lord, Vishnu Narayana, who is meditated upon by the yogis and who is the remover of the fear of the world-cycle.
